"Yoga practice opened the door to a peace I never knew existed. My background in fitness prepared me for yoga class, but I am astonished daily how coming to the mat deepens my breathing, strengthens my body, and most importantly expands a mindful attitude to daily life. My vision is to share this experience at NamasT. I hope you will join me!"

Possessing a degree in exercise physiology, Dan combines his knowledge of the human body with his intimate knowledge of the yoga philosophy to create a sense of union and surrender in his class. He is passionate about creating a community of loving individuals who progress physically, emotionally and spiritually with each session. He understands that we are all connected, and strives to express this love and connection as a leader and a healer through yoga. His classes are designed to help you be present within yourself and allow space to discover your inherent peace. Are you ready to be the powerful, passionate self you always were? Rediscover yourself through Dan's classes.
